nterior Design Project of Apartment: 8.RA.1

The main goal of this project was to create a flexible and comfortable interior for a rental house in Residential Park Lozen. We had to take into account the different needs and lifestyles of future tenants.

We partially modified the original layout of the ground floor, creating the following zones: an entrance hall, a reading area, a spacious living room, a kitchen with a dining area, and a restroom. The first floor maintains its three bedrooms and two bathrooms, but in the attic space we designed two new rooms that can be used in various ways — as an office, yoga studio, guest room, or play area, for example.

To accommodate the diverse requirements of future tenants, we opted for a neutral color palette that conveys a sense of brightness and spaciousness. Small color accents in the textiles add warmth and individuality while remaining easily adaptable to different interior preferences.
