Public Building Project for Children with Special Needs: Karin Dom

Karin Dom is a building project dedicated to children with special needs. The functional program of the project is particularly rich. It includes spaces for a Montessori center, a center for working with parents, specific shared areas, a swimming pool designed to meet the needs of children with motor difficulties, as well as a medical center for physiotherapy.

The building is located in the city of Varna, and for the purposes of the project, the aim was to preserve as much valuable vegetation as possible. The facade of the building features warm clinker cladding combined with a light, calming, white perforated suspended facade.

The complex also includes a congress center and an inner garden to accommodate guests' needs.
