We present to you the first of a pair of twin one-bedroom apartments in a new residential complex in Plovdiv.
This time, the design is not tailored to specific occupants—owners, children, dogs, turtles, or other personal requirements and life scenarios.

The project was developed with the goal of achieving an optimally high rental value, without pushing the investor toward unnecessarily expensive, niche designer products or solutions.
To this end, a comprehensive color concept was created for the apartment, based on two main colors, establishing a rhythmic flow not only across the walls but also along the ceilings.

Custom design elements were developed, such as the hallway coat rack, which transforms into a picture ledge in the living room and bedroom.
Due to the atypical depth of the kitchen—caused by the presence of a heat pump within the tall unit and the need for additional sound insulation—an opportunity emerged to create a double kitchen backsplash, capable of accommodating a large portion of kitchen appliances and cookware.

The countertops and backsplash were made of compact laminate panels, enhancing the finesse of the lines and the overall visual clarity of the kitchen.

Lighting throughout the apartment is designed in a warm spectrum, ensuring maximum comfort and coziness for future residents.
